Mastercard and EXMA announce the return of the popular podcast dedicated to exploring Web3 and emerging technologies such as blockchain, cryptocurrencies, AI and NFTs EXMAVerse Podcast Powered by Mastercard, for its third season.

This season focuses on highlighting several women who are leading projects that have thrived in the Web3 universe and are empowering more women and communities in the Latin America and Caribbean region to explore their talent and scale their ventures in the virtual world.

By highlighting these pioneering women, Monica Talan, a founding member of WAGMI LatAm, an initiative that aims to incorporate 5 million Latinas into Web3 by 2030, hopes to continue to inspire listeners to explore their own potential within the virtual universe of the decentralized world.

Additionally, WAGMI LatAm is the partner with which Mastercard launched The Belle Block initiative in 2022, which aims to educate and empower women and non-binary people to benefit from web3 technology and cryptocurrencies.

"We are thrilled to put the spotlight on these inspiring women and the incredible work they are doing within Web3", commented Janet Rivera-Hernandez, senior vice president of Communications for Mastercard Latin America and the Caribbean. "With EXMAVerse Podcast Powered by Mastercard we want to encourage more people to take an active role in shaping the future of the decentralized economy".

With a significant focus on education, EXMAVerse Podcast Powered by Mastercard is an effort that aims to help listeners understand the potential of Web3 and the exciting world of AI, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, NFTs and more, to use them to their advantage for their ventures in a responsible way. This season will feature interviews with women leaders who have achieved great success within the Web3 industry and are paving the way for others to follow in their footsteps.

"We have to continue the democratization of new technologies until they become part of our daily lives", shared Fernando Anzures, CEO and Founder of EXMA. Listeners can expect to hear testimonials of perseverance, innovation and success from women who have harnessed the power of Web3 to make a difference in their communities.

"By creating opportunities for women and promoting diverse perspectives in spaces like EXMAVerse Podcast Powered by Mastercard, we can collectively shape a more equitable and inclusive future for web3",  said Talan.
