A. M. The Government has promoted important housing programs in the last six years, benefiting 55,200 families with legalizations and deeds. According to the head of projects of the Housing System, Erik Montoya, these actions have required an investment of US$502 million, under the administration of Minister Michelle Sol.
The minister highlighted that in the community La Campanera, in Soyapango, the Government has recovered 700 houses with an investment of US$5 million. Minister Sol pointed out that the improvement in security has allowed more families to have access to decent housing in safe environments.

The economic impact of these investments is significant, as it strengthens the construction sector and generates direct and indirect jobs. Likewise, by providing legal security to families, it promotes access to credit and asset stability.
