The Ministry of Finance, through the General Directorate of Internal Taxes, urges corporations and foundations of public utility that are qualified as subjects excluded from the payment of Income Tax, in accordance with Article 6 paragraph c) second clause of the Tax Law in reference, to the following:
Incorporation of the NIT of individuals in tax returns and reports and tax obligations for fiscal year 2021
The Ministry of Finance, through the Dirección General de Impuestos Internos (DGII), informs taxpayers that tax returns and reports corresponding to obligations for fiscal year 2021, will be filed by filling in all fields referring to the Número de Identificación Tributaria (NIT), with the previous 14-digit structure.
