
Comisión Nacional de la Micro y Pequeña Empresa (CONAMYPE) will be holding a series of free webinars throughout August for entrepreneurs and owners of micro and small enterprises (MSEs). The content will be designed to enhance their knowledge and provide them with useful tools to strengthen their businesses.
According to the published schedule, the training cycle will begin on august 18 at 9:30 a.m. with the webinar “WhatsApp Business: More Than a Chat, a Sales Center”. This training will cover how to use this tool as a resource for businesses to improve communication with their customers and leverage it as a channel to boost sales.

The program will continue on august 25 at 2:00 p.m. with the topic “Deceptive or false advertising: A practice that generates distrust among our current and potential customers”. This session aims to provide knowledge for identifying advertising practices that can affect consumer trust and a business’s reputation.
On august 26, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., CONAMYPE will host the webinar “Technical and Quality Approach for MSMEs”, focusing on aspects related to quality and processes that can contribute to the strengthening and growth of businesses.

The agenda will conclude on august 27 at 1:30 p.m. with the webinar “How to find offers on COMPRASAL”, a training session that will allow participants to better understand this platform and the opportunities they can find there.
These training sessions are part of CONAMYPE’s efforts to strengthen the capabilities of MSMEs and provide tools that can be directly applied to their business activities.
