The salvadoran real estate sector has a new initiative aimed at strengthening the arrival of national and international investment. Nova Casa International and Harvest Title & Escrow announced a strategic alliance that seeks to facilitate property purchases in the country through safer, more transparent processes aligned with international standards.
The initiative focuses on attracting foreign investors interested in acquiring real estate in El Salvador, including salvadorans residing abroad and individuals from markets such as the United States, Europe, and other countries.
According to representatives of both companies, the proposal combines real estate representation services with specialized mechanisms to protect transactions and provide greater confidence to those wishing to invest in the country.
Pablo Barrio, CEO of Nova Casa International, explained that one of the main objectives is to facilitate the arrival of foreign capital to the salvadoran real estate market. To this end, the company will offer support throughout the entire purchase process, from property searches to the legal transfer of ownership.

The alliance also incorporates a model similar to that used in the United States, where specialized companies are involved in safeguarding funds and overseeing the closing processes of transactions. According to Carlos Carballo, Vice President of Investors at Nova Casa, this scheme aims to provide greater security for buyers by protecting the financial resources involved in each transaction.
In addition to professional support, the proposal includes document review, validation of legal information, and control mechanisms that reduce risks for investors before finalizing a purchase.

Industry representatives believe that the current conditions in the country have contributed to increased interest in investing in real estate. Héctor Paz, president of the Cámara Salvadoreña de Bienes Raíces, noted that improved security levels and the sustained growth of real estate activity have created a more attractive environment for project development and new investments.
With this alliance, Nova Casa International and Harvest Title & Escrow seek to position El Salvador as a competitive destination for real estate investment, offering tools that strengthen buyer confidence and connecting local market opportunities with practices used in international markets.
