Salvadorans with construction skills may apply to the Labor Migration Program

The minister of Labor, Rolando Castro, informed through his Twitter account, that for this week there will be an upcoming call for those who wish to apply to the Labor Migration Program in Canada that is being implemented by the institution.

This call is for people with skills and experience in the construction sector.

Likewise, in the previous calls for applications, the requirements to apply for this program are basic English, no declaration of deportation and good physical condition, as well as in this case, construction skills.

The Minister stated that the Migration Program has sent 44 contingents to date and now, they are focused on Canada, where we are sending many more contingents.

In addition, in the previous contingent 300 people were sent to this country, the official said that people who do not meet the required skills, will not be discarded, as they will be taken into account in future recruitment processes of the Labor Migration Program.

In each call, according to the official, each profile and position is evaluated, the first filter is the institution, the second is the definition of the company, the last and third filter is the embassy (of Canada).
