Customs administrations have authorized the habilitation of alternate routes: El Amatillo, El Florido Integrated Border Point and Corinto for the entry and exit of means of transportation from or to Guatemala and El Salvador, with the objective of avoiding the interruption of international trade and providing ease and agility for imports and exports.

Customs Honduras has coordinated with the Superintendencia de Administración Tributaria (SAT) Guatemala to allow means of transport with nationalized goods and internationalized transits that are in the primary zone of the Agua Caliente Integrated Border Post to return and enter the country through the customs office of El Florido, department of Copán.

Likewise, the Dirección General de Aduanas de El Salvador coordinated with the General Directorate of Customs of El Salvador to allow the above procedures to be carried out and those who are in the primary zone of Poy may return and enter Honduras through the customs office of El Amatillo, Guascorán, Valle. Likewise, means of transportation with international transit initiated in El Salvador will be able to exit through Anguiatu Customs, crossing through Guatemala and entering Honduras through El Florido Integrated Border Post.
