In an exclusive interview for Dinero.com.sv Michael Albert, Director of Strategy and Applications at MULTICÓMPUTOS, highlighted how El Salvador has become a fertile ground for investment, thanks to the climate of physical and legal security that the country has achieved. According to Albert, this favorable environment positions the country as a strategic center for innovation and productivity in the region. “El Salvador is now ready to receive investment not only from us, but also from other companies that see it as an innovation hub”, he said.
Albert highlighted MULTICÓMPUTOS’ commitment to the country’s economic development, especially in the generation of employment and technological training. “We not only seek to employ salvadoran talent for local projects, but also to export that talent to other countries in Central America and the Caribbean”, he explained. The company also works in training programs with technology partners, preparing young Salvadorans to face the challenges of the labor market in the area of systems and technology.
In line with this commitment, MULTICÓMPUTOS has established technology academies that provide key tools to students and professionals who wish to enter the world of technology. Albert said that these initiatives seek not only to strengthen local skills, but also to generate an innovation ecosystem that benefits all sectors. “We want young people to have the tools to adapt to the new things to come and to be key players in the digital transformation”, he said.
Another significant contribution that the company seeks to bring to the country is the implementation of successful experiences from other markets. “Our experience with regional clients allows us to identify practices that have worked in other countries and implement them in El Salvador, fostering an environment of innovation and productivity”, he said.
Digitalization and technological transformation were presented as fundamental pillars for economic growth. “Countries that progress do so through technology,” Albert said. According to him, educating and training the population in the use of technological tools is essential to foster development and competitiveness at a global level.
MULTICÓMPUTOS projects a promising future for El Salvador, where local talent and strategic alliances with international partners will place the country on the map of technological innovation. With these initiatives, El Salvador not only strengthens its economy, but also inspires other countries in the region to follow suit.
