Pollo Campero continues to strengthen its presence in El Salvador with the opening of its new restaurant in San Salvador’s Centro Histórico, a space designed to bring the brand even closer to salvadorans and the thousands of visitors who now explore one of the country’s most iconic sites. With 55 years of history, the brand continues to evolve to stay close to people, offering memorable experiences through its surprising warmth and unforgettable flavors.

“Since our arrival in the country in 1972, salvadorans have been at the center of everything we do. Their trust and preference have allowed us to grow, evolve, and become a brand that has accompanied generations. Opening today in the heart of San Salvador is a way to show our gratitude for that affection and to continue creating spaces where people can gather, share, and enjoy moments full of flavor around the table”, said Diego Rivera, Operations manager at Pollo Campero.

Pollo Campero currently operates more than 415 restaurants worldwide, with locations in El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, the United States, Ecuador, and Europe. Backed by more than 10,000 employees who serve customers every day with remarkable warmth and unforgettable flavors, the brand continues to expand its presence and strengthen the bond it has built with millions of people both within and outside the region.
The Centro Histórico comes alive with flavor at Pollo Campero
Pollo Campero’s new restaurant opens its doors in the former Goldtree Liebes building, one of the iconic landmarks of San Salvador’s Centro Histórico. Designed as a space that blends tradition, culture, and a sense of community, the restaurant offers the same menu that defines the brand, accompanied by an experience inspired by its history and salvadoran identity.

Among its main features is a mural inspired by the artistic legacy of Fernando Llort, which captures the essence of El Salvador and pays tribute to salvadorans. The work was created by the Árbol de Dios art school, founded by the artist himself, and crafted using the original technique that defines his work.

Located in the heart of San Salvador, this new restaurant symbolizes the close bond that Pollo Campero has built with salvadorans over generations. Because if one thing has guided the brand’s history since its arrival in the country, it has been putting people at the center of everything it does, accompanying the moments that bring salvadoran families together through its remarkable warmth and unforgettable flavors.
