There are different ways to implement corporate social responsibility and PAILL does it through its program "Así Construimos el Mañana" with which it contributes mainly to the education of its employees' children.

A company with solid social commitments must be willing to adopt a broad vision of actions, and PAILL under its program "Así Construimos el Mañana", works on 5 main axes which are: education, health, internal public, community and environment.

One of PAILL's fundamental goals is to contribute to the balanced development between sustainability and productivity of the environment in which it operates, and through this program it executes different social, environmental and economic actions that contribute to the sustainable development of the communities.

Through the implementation of sustainable and responsible practices, PAILL can contribute to the solution of some of the main challenges faced by society.

One of the economic actions of PAILL's sustainability program is the delivery of scholarships, and is that since 2017 to date, it has awarded a total of 279 scholarships, with an investment of approximately US$80 thousand in the Edubecas program of the Fundación Empresarial para el Desarrollo Educativo (FEPADE), who are the administrators of the program and a strategic ally.

The scholarships awarded by PAILL range from 1st grade to high school, it also has the first generation of high school graduates and a first generation of university students. It should be noted that each scholarship given by PAILL to the children of its employees consists of: economic support which is intended to facilitate the study conditions of the scholarship recipients and mental health talks for children, adolescents and young people, also includes a comprehensive support to each parent.

For many years PAILL has been part of great sustainable and environmental welfare initiatives, such as the week of sustainability and CSR organized by its ally FUNDEMAS.

PAILL is aware that social responsibility must also be internal, which is why it focuses on improving the working conditions of its employees. Internally PAILL carries out actions such as: paper and cardboard recycling campaigns; social activations with the corporate volunteer team, health and wellness campaigns and more. PAILL's corporate purpose is to bring health and wellness to Central America and the Caribbean.
