Fuel prices increase up to US$0.11 this fortnight

The Dirección general de Energía, Hidrocarburos y Minas (DGEHM), announced the new fuel prices, which will present an increase of up to US$0.11 cents. These will be in effect as of tuesday, january 9 until january 22.

Superior gasoline will have an increase of US$0.11 cents in the three zones of the country, so its price for the central zone will be US$3.88, for the western zone US$3.89 and for the eastern zone US$3.92.

Regular gasoline will increase US$0.04 cents in the central zone, leaving a price of $US3.71 and for the west at US$3.72. Meanwhile, for the eastern zone it will increase US$0.05 cents, leaving a value of US$3.76.

For diesel, there will be an increase of US$0.04 cents for the three zones of the country. In the central zone it will be at US$3.73, in the western zone at US$3.74 and in the east of the country at US$3.77.
