However, annual inflation at the producer level in december 2023 was 1.83%, generated mainly by price increases in its thirteen sections with respect to december 2022, which generated this 0.25% increase.

The sections with annual variation reflecting increases in their prices are: Water supply, sewage disposal (sewerage); waste management and sanitation activities 6.63%, Arts, entertainment and recreation activities 6.17%, Accommodation and food service activities 3.36%, Transportation and storage 3.07%, Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supplies 3.04%. Real estate activities 2.73%, Other service activities 2.59%, Administrative and support service activities 2.13%, Teaching 2.05%, Manufacturing 1.58%, Professional, scientific and technical activities 0.67%, Information and telecommunications 0.66% and Human health care and social work activities 0.65%.

The annual increase as of december 2023 was 1.83%, being lower than that reported in december 2022, 4.9%, mainly as a result of the stabilization of input costs in the supply chain.

As for the accumulated inflation at the producer level as of december 2023 is 1.83%, the same value of the annual variation, due to the fact that at this point they have the same comparative, december 2022.
