The project is oriented towards the production of vegetables with greater national demand in order not to depend on imports and to be self-sufficient in the face of different adversities, thus guaranteeing food for the population.
These efforts allow to continue supporting producers, with specialized technical assistance, use of technology, installation of greenhouses and irrigation systems in the sustainable production of vegetables, to increase crop yields, strengthen food security and improve the economy of salvadoran families.
The project requires the hiring of technical specialists in vegetable production to identify potential areas, provide technical assistance with a BPA approach to beneficiaries for the implementation of new technologies, and support them in the marketing process.
