The statistics indicate that, compared to November 2022, it experienced a slight increase in prices with greater relevance in the services of accommodation and food services activities, as well as real estate activities.
From december 2021 to the same month in 2022, the period in which increases occurred, were driven by changes in the prices of raw materials in the manufacturing industry, as well as the increase in the acquisition costs of inputs for accommodation and services activities.
The sections with annual variation reflecting increases in their prices are: manufacturing industries 7.85%, accommodation activities, food services, transportation and storage 4.79%, water supply, water disposal (sewage), waste management and sanitation activities 3.89%, administrative and support services 3.49% and real estate activities 3.33%.
The accumulated variation in the month of december 2022 stands at 4.87%, the same as twelve months ago, according to the BCR.
