Once again, Pollo Campero is proud to announce the launch of the Rifa Únete, an initiative that, year after year, seeks to support the fight against pediatric cancer in collaboration with Fundación Ayúdame a Vivir. Currently, thanks to the generosity of salvadorans, 110 patients receive daily care with free comprehensive treatments that include psychological support, food, transportation, medicine, support therapies, education and parental support.
To participate in the raffle, those interested must purchase their tickets at Pollo Campero restaurants for only US$1.00, available from october 21 through january 11 of next year (2025). Once they obtain the ticket, they must fill in the requested information, deposit it in the designated mailboxes and keep the receipt (as they will need it in case they are announced winners of one of the prizes). Each ticket, in addition to making a difference in the lives of those facing the tough battle against cancer, is a chance to win attractive prizes including: one US$20,000 prize, one US$10,000 prize and twelve US$1,000 prizes.
Fundraising is essential to provide free comprehensive treatment to diagnosed cases in the country. In 2023, 195 patients were discharged, highlighting the continued commitment to the fight against pediatric cancer. “We celebrate the achievements made in these 17 years and remember the importance of continuing to support this noble cause, because today, thanks to you, 7 out of 10 children are saved. Once again, Pollo Campero fills the sky with magic with Luces Campero: The Night of Wishes, a tradition that year after year has the purpose of giving thanks and sharing special moments with salvadorans. This family show, which combines fireworks with high-tech drones, marks the beginning of the end of the year season in a unique way and completely free of charge.
Hundreds of people will be able to experience the magic of Luces Campero on december 7th, in Ciudad El Cafetalón. From 5:30 PM, the public will enjoy a show full of surprises, with Luciana Sandoval and Mario Sibrián as presenters and artists such as Taxi Driver and Grupo Farra; from 7:00 PM the night will be illuminated with pyrotechnics and an innovative disruptive show of drones that can make 3D figures; a new experience that promises to be unforgettable for all attending families.
Similarly, in order to share the magic of Luces Campero with more families, on november 23, “The Night of Wishes” will arrive in San Miguel, at the Juan Francisco Barraza Stadium, with the participation of artists such as Marito Rivera and his Grupo Bravo, reaffirming the brand’s commitment to share happy and magical moments with its consumers.
