Integral development is an important part for the strengthening of the value chain in BAC Credomatic, for this reason they have an active listening to the needs of their suppliers, which allows them to know their needs, offering them solutions and necessary tools, through a unique experience, to achieve an adequate growth.

BAC Credomatic is committed and motivated to raise the expectations of what a bank can offer, making its clients and suppliers protagonists, offering them more innovative, practical and complete financial services and products that make possible a life full of achievements, possibilities and unique experiences, which are an essential part of life.

For the tenth consecutive year, BAC Credomatic held its " Desarrollo Empresarial para Proveedores " program, aimed exclusively at suppliers of the organization, from its economic and social development axes.

This, in order to seek the strengthening of its value chain, offering support and guidance through various trainings aimed at advancing on the road to business success, providing them with tools and knowledge necessary for a responsible business strategy, generating winning initiatives, aimed at a vision of added value.

For this 2021 we are working with the Fundación Empresarial para la acción Social (FUNDEMAS), through 3 sessions in the months of july, august and september, the first date being the basis for the development of the same, with the participation of 25 suppliers who were presented with the self-assessment tool "IndicaRSE PYME", which is designed to strengthen the incorporation of CSR in a simple and accurate way, and provides the company with information on the status of its policies and practices both internally and externally.

This tool is based on the 7 ISO 26000 Social Responsibility issues, taking it as a guide to identify strengths and areas for improvement, providing the basis for a specific action plan for each organization. The 7 ISO 26000 subjects are: Governance, Human Rights, Labor Practices, Environment, Fair Practices, Consumer Affairs, and Community.

At the end of the 2021 Program, each supplier will be awarded the IndicaRSE seal as a self-evaluated company under ISO 26000, where more than 60 suppliers are trained annually in different topics such as: Digital Marketing, Business and Human Rights: Challenges and Opportunities, diploma course: "Inclusion to Sustainability", Use of environmental management for the growth of your business, how to face the challenges of this century and not die trying?, among others.

"In BAC Credomatic we are increasingly rigorous in the selection of our suppliers and the incorporation of sustainable criteria has become more relevant, therefore, with our Supplier Development program we want to support them by providing them with the necessary tools that allow them to meet social, environmental and governance criteria, making them in turn more competitive in today's market", said Lorena Cornejo, head of sustainability at BAC Credomatic.
