The Comisión Nacional de la Micro y Pequeña Empresa (CONAMYPE) held the 3rd Forum on Transformation, Digital Economy, and Innovation for MSMEs, an initiative aimed at strengthening the capabilities of micro and small businesses in the face of the technological changes that are redefining business activity.
The event brought together entrepreneurs, business owners, and representatives from the productive sector with the goal of sharing knowledge, experiences, and practical tools that will allow businesses to adapt to digital transformation and improve their competitiveness in the market.
During the forum, topics related to new digital trends and their application in business processes were addressed. Key topics included strategies for optimizing sales management, strengthening customer service, increasing sales, leveraging data for decision-making, and improving productivity through technological solutions.

The event is part of the efforts promoted by President Nayib Bukele’s administration to foster the modernization of micro and small enterprises (MSEs), a sector that represents a significant portion of the country’s economic activity and job creation.
Participants also had access to spaces for exchanging experiences and building professional networks, allowing them to explore collaboration opportunities with other entrepreneurs and stakeholders in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
According to CONAMYPE, these types of gatherings aim to help MSEs better understand the impact of the digital economy and incorporate technological tools that will help them improve their operations, expand their market reach, and respond more efficiently to new consumer demands.

In addition to promoting innovation, the forum facilitated the development of support networks that could lead to future strategic alliances, access to specialized services, and growth opportunities for participating businesses.
With this initiative, CONAMYPE continues to promote the adoption of technologies and the strengthening of business capabilities, so that micro and small businesses can take advantage of the opportunities offered by digital transformation and increase their competitiveness in an increasingly connected economic environment.
