Service channels

Pollo Campero has an omnichannel strategy that allows it to serve its consumers in the best way, evolving all its protocols in restaurants to ensure faster service and payment options. In addition to being able to place home orders through 2273-6000, the Campero Web, the App, WhatsApp or third-party platforms such as Uber Eats or Pedidos Ya, from now on, in selected restaurants, diners will be able to order at their table from the App, for those who want an agile but equally personalized service. 

Likewise, for those looking for practicality with a Campero on their way through self-service, restaurants have implemented the taking of orders from employees in line to meet the high demand at peak hours, thus streamlining the flow of attention so that all consumers get their food as quickly as possible. Some restaurants have even implemented two lanes to deliver a better experience and share improvements in technology to make home deliveries in less time with the same quality as always.

New image and infrastructure in restaurants
