
The president of the Comisión Nacional de la Micro y Pequeña Empresa (CONAMYPE), Paul Steiner, announced that the institution, in conjunction with the Banco de Fomento Agropecuario (BFA), is developing initiatives to promote financial inclusion funds for micro and small enterprises (MSMEs) in Santa Ana belonging to the Federación de Cámaras de la Micro y Pequeña Empresa.
Steiner explained that these funds are financed by the government and aim to strengthen the sustainable economic growth of MSMEs through various financing options designed to support business development.
Among the available options is the “Transforma” line, aimed at small businesses, which offers loans of up to US$250,000.
Additionally, the “Mujer & Negocios” line is being promoted, focused on supporting women-led businesses and ventures, with financing of up to US$100,000.

Another alternative is “Impulsa MYPE,” a program focused on working capital, offering loans of up to US$50,000 for micro and small businesses.
The president of CONAMYPE also highlighted that all financing options include partial guarantees through PROGAMYPE, which can cover up to 90% of the loan amount.
According to the information shared, these initiatives aim to facilitate access to financing for micro and small enterprises (MSEs) and strengthen the growth potential of businesses in Santa Ana.
Promoting these funds is part of the efforts to boost financial inclusion and expand development opportunities for the micro and small business sector in the country.
