Written by Leydin Sorto

Several agreements between several nations in commercial, criminal and defense matters were ratified by the deputies of the Legislative Assembly in the 126th plenary session. Among these is the ratification with 70 votes of the "Free Trade Agreement between Mexico, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua".

This treaty was agreed since 2012, but today it seeks to be able to execute public purchases to bid products with Mexico. Thus, it will be possible to increase the export rate, ensure the purchase of goods and services and promote medium and small businesses.
