The Women Entrepreneurs Committee of the Cámara de Comercio e Industria de El Salvador (Camarasal) Santa Ana branch has announced the X Congress Women Without Limits, which is expected to benefit more than 150 women. This event seeks to encourage women from various productive sectors to strengthen their business skills to meet the challenges of the environment.
This year, the main objective of the congress will be female empowerment through business innovation. Cristina de Juárez, member of the Board of Directors of Camarasal Santa Ana, said: “At Camarasal, we are deeply proud to accompany these women in their entrepreneurial journey. Since our inception, we have worked to support them through training programs and strategic networking spaces”.
These types of initiatives help women entrepreneurs not only improve the management of their own businesses, but also generate employment and boost the productive sectors. This translates into greater economic development for the region, since trained women have more opportunities to expand their businesses and establish new commercial alliances.
The event will feature the participation of experts in the business area. Claudia Zelaya will present “Empowerment and Balance: Business Keys for Women’s Work and Personal Well-Being”, while Jessica Lemus will speak on “Mindset Management for Women Entrepreneurs”. These talks will offer key tools for women to achieve a balance between their personal and professional lives.
In addition, during the event, the Mujer Destacada 2024 award will be presented to a Santa Ana businesswoman for her career and contribution to local economic development. With the support of friendly companies, the Women Without Limits Congress is positioned as a benchmark in the empowerment and strengthening of the entrepreneurial capacities of salvadoran women.
