The Superintendencia del Sistema Financiero informed on the rates, commissions and surcharges that banks, cooperative banks and savings and loan companies will apply to their financial products and services during the month of january.

Regarding ATM transactions, the charges for this service in the different institutions are as follows:

Banco Agrícola, US$0.70 cents per transaction and US$0.70 plus VAT for cash withdrawals.

Banco Cuscatlán charges US$0.70 cents after the fifth transaction and US$1.00 for prepaid cards.

Banco Davivienda continues to charge US$0.70 plus IVA for each additional transaction after the fourth transaction.

Banco Hipotecario and Banco de Fomento Agropecuario charge US$0.50 after the sixth ATM transaction.

Finally, Banco Promerica charges US$0.70 after the fifth transaction.
