Companies have until january 31 to submit their withholding reports

The Ministry of Finance has informed that individuals or legal entities, estates or trusts that withhold income tax are obliged to submit the "Annual Income Tax Withholding Report (F-910)", which contains the details of the individuals or legal entities to which withholdings have been made in the fiscal year 2023, according to the provisions of article 123 of the Tax Code.

It is important for companies to remember that the deadline for the online filing of the form in question is january 31 of this year. And in february the income tax return process will begin.

Accordingly, the Report must be submitted using the online application available at the Ministry of Finance web page: www.mh.gob.sv.
