This project allowed the implementation of new technologies related to e-commerce and digital marketing, benefiting 50 MSMEs, located in more than 70% of the national territory.
The companies benefited in this second edition were digitized, facilitating the development of their activities through e-commerce.
Likewise, the Minister of Economy, María Luisa Hayem, explained that the project is the continuity of another one that already proved to be successful in its first phase. We developed it in 2021 and benefited 70 companies, which had an increase in sales of more than US$570 thousand.
The head of MINEC explained that every time there is an employment opportunity, there is development and benefits for families.
In addition, the MSMEs benefited from the project received training to modernize, digitize and facilitate the development of e-commerce activities within their operations. Among the training received was the implementation of platforms with catalogs and digital payment methods.
This enabled the companies to adopt new commercial channels and access markets, both nationally and internationally.
The companies also received an economic incentive to invest in a location search tool and to advertise.
