Samsung Electronics Co, Ltd. has unveiled the full final edit of "Epic Worlds," a unique film project shot entirely on a Galaxy S23 Ultra device, capturing the essence of several distinct film genres and redefining the possibilities of mobile content creation.

Made almost entirely by crowdsourcing before being edited for today's compilation release, "Epic Worlds" is a testament to the power of open collaboration.

At the heart of this new narrative approach is a central short film, starring Emma Myers (known for her role in Netflix's "Wednesday") in a journey that traverses the genres of film noir, sci-fi, western, fantasy and action thriller. Myers plays the protagonist, but the hero of the piece is the Galaxy S23 Ultra's Nightography feature.

With an unmatched ability to capture low-light scenes, Nightography enables truly cinematic clarity and detail.

In addition, this core storytelling has inspired complementary content. Around the world, local Team Galaxy influencers have shot their own scenes in reaction. These varied pieces, all shot with Galaxy S23 Ultra, have been interwoven with the centerpiece to create the cohesive spectacle that is "Epic Worlds" complete.

"I'm so excited that Samsung invited me to be a part of Team Galaxy. Using a smartphone to bring such an amazing short film to life was truly amazing, and I loved the results and the whole process", said Myers. "I'm drawn to unique projects, so working with Samsung gave me the opportunity to use that creativity more and encourage others to do the same by creating their own short films. I can't wait for everyone to see the compiled version of 'Epic Worlds,' which is a collaboration on another level".

"Honestly, I was surprised", says Zee Ntuli, director of the "Epic Worlds" centerpiece. "I've been hugely impressed with what this Galaxy device is capable of. What has surprised me the most is the phone's low light performance. Nightography is an extraordinary feature".

The project follows the success of previous Filmed #withGalaxy campaigns, in which Samsung teamed up with high-profile filmmakers to demonstrate the power of Galaxy to create cinema-worthy content. "Epic Worlds" builds on this legacy with a bold statement that creating great content is about more than just power and image quality - it's also about creativity, community and collaborative spirit, all of which Galaxy fosters.
