Grupo Maria Mezcal announces the reopening of its first restaurant, Maria Mezcal, at a new location in Millennium Plaza, marking a key step in its growth as it approaches its second anniversary since launching an innovative and trendy concept that has helped transform nightlife in El Salvador.

Since its opening, Maria Mezcal has established itself as a benchmark in the gastronomic and entertainment scene, standing out for its unique fusion of cuisine, cocktails, and entertainment. Its original location, which quickly became a social hub, became too small due to the brand’s sustained growth, prompting this strategic expansion.

The new location has a capacity for 200 people, allowing for a more comfortable, immersive, and larger-scale experience, without losing the essence that characterizes Maria Mezcal.

As part of this evolution, an investment of $125,000 has been made for the comprehensive development of the new space, including infrastructure, design, entertainment production, and operational strengthening. This expansion has generated 40 direct and 20 indirect jobs, contributing to economic growth and strengthening the country’s gastronomic and service ecosystem.

The reopening presents a renewed offer that elevates every component of the experience:
Development of a new gastronomic menu
Creation of a signature cocktail bar
Production of a lineup with more than 13 shows in its nighttime format

In addition, María Mezcal introduces a segmented schedule that expands its reach:
Breakfast and Lunch – Family Friendly
Monday to sunday | 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
After Office (+18) monday to friday 4:00 PM–7:00 PM
Maria Mezcal The Party (+18) tuesday to saturday 7:00 PM–2:00 AM
This new model positions Maria Mezcal as a comprehensive space that caters to different moments of the day, from family experiences to a high-end nightlife experience.

Likewise, the concept has established itself as a point of interest within El Salvador’s tourism offerings, attracting both locals and international visitors seeking distinctive culinary and entertainment experiences. Maria Mezcal thus joins the growing scene of destinations that strengthen the country’s image as a vibrant, modern, and constantly evolving place.

With this new phase, the group reaffirms its commitment to innovation and growth, while also maintaining its second concept, Cale de Maria, a bistro-style restaurant that complements the group’s culinary offerings. Maria Mezcal promises to offer the best parties in San Salvador, solidifying its position as a key destination for those seeking memorable experiences.
