The official saidd that they are infrastructures of modern technology and remarkable capacity, with pasteurizers that process 3,000 liters per hour and homogenizers with capacity to treat 150,000 liters throughout the country.
In addition, a marketing strategy will be launched to guarantee the purchase of dairy products, "where we will benefit 25,000 producers," added the vice minister. The efforts complement the plans for genetic improvement, nutritional improvement and vaccination of hatos.
The representative of the El Nilo Dos cooperative, Alonso Márquez, thanked for this support and highlighted the effectiveness they have had in just one week.
