The Presidential Commissioner for Strategic Projects, Cristian Flores, expects the results of the study to be ready next november.

He announced that in the next few days the Commission for Strategic Projects, together with the economic and diplomatic areas of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will receive the official delegation of the consulting firm, whose objective is to define in detail the scope of the project and interact with the pertinent governmental entities.

The shipyard project will be a competitive advantage of the country's location in the center of the continent, a location that allows it to capitalize on the demand for large vessels in an area where there are no nearby options.
