Fruits and vegetables have suffered price increases during the month of november 2021
El Salvador is going through a period of increases in some foods of the basic food basket, for example in the case of fruits and vegetables. In the case of tomato for cooking in june 2021 the unit cost US$0.10, now the value of the fruit has increased to US$0.16, the cost of a hundred of this fruit is now around US$35.00, being a factor that is affecting the pocket of salvadorans.
